Understand the reset before using it
Community guides describe Rebirth as a reset of trained Power in exchange for lasting progression bonuses. It changes the value of continuing to train in your current run.
Exact thresholds and retained items can change. Read the current Rebirth panel and confirmation screen before accepting a reset. This page does not publish an unverified tier-by-tier cost table.
Run through a pre-rebirth checklist
Before confirming, compare the reset requirement with your current progress and check which bonus the panel promises. Make sure you understand what must be rebuilt afterwards.
- Read both the requirement and the reward on the current Rebirth panel.
- Check the confirmation text for which stats and items reset.
- Plan your first training session and a comfortable dungeon route after the reset.
- Avoid spending resources on a temporary improvement without checking whether the reset removes its benefit.
Look for progress, not just a bigger number
If your current run has met the reset requirement, compare the lasting bonus with the benefit of staying. Community progression guides generally favor making use of available rebirths, but your equipment and current objectives still matter.
If you have not met the requirement, work on the current bottleneck: training, equipment or resource collection. The next improvement should help you reach a clear goal.
Rebuild with a plan
After rebirthing, inspect the updated training values and test a dungeon stage you know. Compare how quickly you return to your previous progress rather than judging the reset by the immediate Power number.
Use the beginner and forging guides alongside this checklist. Rebirth is one part of the overall loop, not a substitute for managing your ore and gear.
